Welcome back to ‘Brooke’s Best Bits’. With the horse racing in Britain currently on hold, its down to the betconnect professionals in other sports to lead the line. The snooker pros certainly did that last week, as we saw an impressive weekly ROI of 104.4%, after loads of bets on the World Grand Prix.
After being featured in the ‘Best Bets of The Week’ multiple times, Kelly has finally become the pro with the top ROI of the week. Kelly finished the week with a weekly ROI of 81.6% after landing even more goalscorer bets. In 2nd place was mwheels2 with a weekly ROI of 60.4%, and benraw123 was back in 3rd again with 58.0%.
After winning the ‘Best Bet of The Week’ for week 5, pro1 gained the most connections last week with 32. ardee93 finished the week with 17 new connections, just edging out MbPunter, who gained 16.
Its back to back ‘Best Bet of The Week’ titles for pro1. They backed Boldmere in the 14.55 at Market Rasen on Tuesday, back when racing in Britain was still on! Boldmere was very well fancied in the market, as his odds plummeted from 25/1 to 14/1. He made a mockery of his price, as he led from start to finish to give pro1 an excellent winning bet. Also, a big congratulations to all the punters that followed pro1’s bet!
The new category this week is the ‘Unluckiest Loser’. For the first time it’s a category that you don’t really want to win! The ‘Unluckiest Loser’ last week has to be ProjectZeus, and their bet on Coral Blue. Again, it was a horse that was well supported in the market, after opening up at 25/1, it was backed into 16/1. Coral Blue kept on really well in the final furlong, but was very tight of room coming up the far rail. He was closing on the leader with every stride, but unfortunately just lost out on the bob of heads. ProjectZeus backed Coral Blue each way, so made a nice profit, but it could have been much more! Here are the Stats!
